Minneapolis Auto Repair

This is a different kind of place if you are used to the usual dealer auto repair shop. The first time I walked in Darwin greeted me like I was a long-lost friend. He and Jennifer make a great team. As for the repairs, where else would you have the owner himself stay late to fix something on your car because "we have to make it right" and then not charge you for the labor. The other thing you run into at Mercedes dealers that does not exist here is looking down on those of us who just happened to luck into a Mercedes, but are not millionaires. I picked up an old car that I knew needed work and Darwin ran it through the tests, then helped me to work out a plan to restore it that would meet my budget.

Great and quick service! They gave me a detailed quote over to me in a few hours, and had some pretty extensive work finished the same day. Motorwerks was two weeks out, these guys had me in two and the work finished. Very friendly and upfront. I recommend to anyone.

I am SO happy with the way they treated me and my VW BEETLE. Very knowledgable and courteous!! I won't look ANY further for auto repairs. They got me in the same day ( unheard of ) with another shop close. And are very dependable , they have a very clean and organized shop! They have my utmost respect!!
