Service was a good experience. After taking an explanation of the problem they done an evaluation of all typical problem areas and emailed me a clear explanation of what they found complete with clear photos and estimates. When I requested only the main problem be repaired the service rep. was more than happy to oblige without any aggressive upselling. Even though I realize these less timely issues need to be addressed soon, I was from out of town and needed to get back on the road soon. No problem, repair was finished the next day and bill was as estimated. And all parts carried a three year warranty.

Independent shop that is easy and pleasant to work with and has fair prices. I’ve been going to them for just over a year for regular maintenance and I will stick with them. They focus on what I ask for and need and haven’t pushed any upsells, which I appreciate! I also like that they email quotes and records right away.

The owners of DJ auto care told me when the part would arrive from Germany and when they could have my convertible top functioning and they lived up to their commitment. The communication from the owners was excellent. They were so accommodating that I will be coming back and use them as my regular service shop for my BMW Z4.
