I had a great experience when bringing in my Jetta for cold start misfires. I had already diagnosed the issue at hand, and the staff here at this shop were the only ones who didn't insist on charging me a diagnosis fee. I just called the store, stated my issues and the work I'd like done to fix said issue, and they had the work done within two days. Very happy, will go back to these guys for any issues I have. Thanks again!
